Lighting Your Home


Turn your home into a festive winter wonderland. From small to large, we can help make any size home look fantastic. Leave it to us. We can take care of all aspects of design, installation, maintanence, and teardown.

If you have lights already, we can put them up for you. Or, take advantage of our "all inclusive" rental program. (See details below.)


Lighting Your Trees


Yes! We can also light your trees. We can reach up to 30 feet with our ladders. Trees taller than 30 feet tall will require a manlift rental.

Whatever you are imagining for your Christmas display, Heights Residential can help. We will be happy to provide you with decorating ideas or turn your existing ideas into a reality.

Rental Lights - Choose Your Color

We offer C9 and C7 size LED rental lights in Warm white, Pure/Cool White, Multi-Color, Red, or Blue. (C9s are the standard christmas bulb size. C9s are best for decorating your house and tall trees. C7s are slightly smaller - and are best for smaller trees or lower accents)

Full Service Rental

All Inclusive

Design – We can execute any design you can imagine, or let us suggest a classic design.

Rental – Choose your color. We will provide bright, energy efficient C9 LED lights.

Installation - We take care of all of the details, provide all necessary materials, and make lighting your home completely stress-free. Of course, we will provide high quality clips to ensure that your light stay put.

Guaranteed Maintenance - Our lights are guaranteed to stay shining brightly all season. We will return free of charge to fix any problems.

Spring Removal - FREE. We will return in Spring to take the lights back down.

Installation - You provide the lights and all necessary extension cords, timers, etc. We will provide high quality clips to ensure that your light stay put.

    Benefits

  • Could be a less expensive option: If you have already bought your Christmas Lights.
  • Best Choice: If you want to keep your lights up all year long. (But be aware that your lights will not last as long if they are subjected to year-round exposure to the elements.)

Maintenance - NOT INCLUDED. We cannot guarantee lights that you have purchased yourself. Maintenance visits will be charged $109 minimum.

Spring Removal - NOT INCLUDED. Although we can return in spring to teardown your lights for an additional charge.
